Food took too long and was very dry
Need better looking waitresses the food was great
Good food
College/University like decor inside is a refreshing change from your average Applebee's decor. Stopped in on way home to Chicago on a Sunday and place was relatively busy. Employees and customers a like were following COVID protocol which was great to see. Certain appetizers are half priced to lure customers in post COVID restrictions being lifted. Despite the restaurant being severely understaffed, Alisha was able to keep everybody satisfied at both the bar and surrounding tables sing-handedly. Apps were as expected, drinks were great, service was remarkable. Will visit again on my commute!
My husband and I stopped at the Valparaiso Applebee's this afternoon. Manager Mellisa came over to ask how I was .I explained to her my daughter was ill and there was no chance of recovery.She took the time to comfort me and the team was so great to us.Thank you guys.Thats why we love our Valpo Applebee's.
