I love this location! Wings are always fresh and the staff is amazing. We know most of them because they have all worked here for a very long time. You can tell they love what they do and will make sure you leave happy! Plus look at these delicious wings!
I love this location!! The bartenders are all very friendly and fast. Best place to come watch the Sunday games. My husband and I have a great time everytime we go.
My fiance, son and I had dinner at the Valpo location tonight. We ordered 15 boneless wings and a sampler appetizer. Upon getting our wings - we noticed they were traditional instead of the boneless we ordered. We mentioned it to the server but told her we didn't mind - we just didn't want to get charged the extra $4 for traditional. It was no big deal and we were not upset at all. The manager on shift very politely came out and offered to make us our original boneless that we ordered to go free of charge. His name is BLAIR and he was amazing for not only coming to our table to apologize but also for going above and beyond for us! Excellent customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I did not get our waitresses name but she explained that it was her first day serving by herself. She as well was great. She checked on us frequently, kept drinks full and even made sure not to put anything on the table in the reach of my toddler son who was in a high chair! Great job guys!
Love the endless possibilities of menu options!! Who would of thought about desserts at a sports bar!?! Their chocolate cake is to die for!! Love their cheesecake too!! Definitely Love their Bone -in wings plus the Nuggies! Must sample all the sauces!! My current combo is the new pizza sauce, lemon pepper sauce, if I'm at home, I'll mix honey barbecue and peanut butter together.
Andrew always makes sure that we are taken care of when we come in for our weekly visit. My husband and I love the atmosphere in here, especially when baseball is on. It’s fun to watch the staff have a good time interacting with guests over sports. Keep up the good work!
