Food was hot & tasty & came in good time.
Applebee's is Applebee's any where you go. This particular restaurant was clean and CoVid compliant. All staff wore masks. They were short one waitress. The hostess (manager?) stepped up helping when and where she could and went out of her way to make is feel at home. On the road in Crawford? Feel safe and confident at Applebee's.
Raw food like always first time going back in a while and wont be going back for a long time
Steaks are always grey.
We stopped in for a change of pace at 6:30 on a Thursday night. Due to Covid, we had a 7 minute wait for an open table, then another 1 minute wait for it to be sanitized. The staff were wearing their masks, some only over their mouths, but wearing them nonetheless. From seating to ordering food took 6 minutes, which is pretty good. We waited an additional 45 minutes to get a salad and burgers, which were served at just over room temperature...at different times. Upon complaint, the manager did show up and comped our meal, but we didn't eat it. He told us the kitchen was behind, but that doesn't explain cold food. Slow kitchens still produce hot food. We chose to go elsewhere for a hot meal on a that cool night.
