Community Hospital of Bremen

We have been to this hospital for varying reasons over the years. For the most part, have received good treatment in the ER. It depends on which doctor is on duty. This last time, I had to deal with Dr. Lowe, and I have seen him the past. Completely dismissive of my complaints and would not listen, and said I was trying to argue with him. Went to my own doctor a few days later, and it turns out that Dr. Lowe was completely wrong. I would never go to the ER again if he is there. Hopefully we won't ever have to. But I think we would go to a different hospital if needed.nnAnd I am going to add that Dr. Lowe called me at home and was trying to ream my out about my review. Unbelievable. How very rude! He was trying to dismiss my nutritional doctor as a quack. I finally got the PROPER diagnoses from two other doctors who know what they are talking about and thank God, getting the proper treatment for being sick from farm chemicals all summer!

Used to be a great hospital now it’s a rude non caring facility that treats people rudely, I was treated like a drug seeker. Went in for lower rib pain thinking maybe kidney stone’s they run some tests but no kidney stones told me it was muscle pain and wouldn’t even do an X-ray to check my ribs just treated me like an addict. On my way for 2nd opinion cause I’m not looking for dope I’m looking for an answer of why I’m feeling like this!!!! Terrible just a terrible place feeling really humiliated with no answers.

Strictly from an OB stand point this place is wonderful! They treat you great and the staff is very nice and actually take care of your children with love and care.nnI have no really used the emergency room so I can’t comment on that.

Terrible service. If I was dying I told my family to not take me here. Very very slow

My mother was sent to Bremen Hospital for re-hab and the program was wonderful and she was improving and would probably have returned home, but she had a stroke and had to be admitted to the hospital. The care she and our family received during her stay was beyond anything I could have imagined. Thanks for having such a professional, and caring staff at this hospital, this includes from the Doctors to the Cafe staff everyone was wonderful.
