Great care for a loved one. Dr. Carter and staff are truly a blessing. Great to know there are compassionate and caring people who go the extra mile.
DO NOT send a loved one here at all costs or get them moved out asap. Horrible communication and completely unprofessional. Left several voicemails inquiring about my father with no return call or just put on hold. There was an incident that happened there that led to his death a week later. This place should be shut down.
Very disrespectful to the patient's who has no idea half of the time as to what is going on because of their mental illness. I wouldn't let my pets even go there if they could.
I was a patient there, the staff at the Bremen facility are professional, and Caring. Each of the staff members that I interacted with made it easy to talk to and vent... both shifts in unit 100 deserve a pat on the back...
I would never send a loved one hear .They can't even explain to me why my father died in there care. Just getting the run around.
