Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center

My mom was in the ER last night. They gave her something she is allergic to. She ended up coding for 3 minutes and They had to vent her. Not once did anyone call my dad and explain what was going on or anything. In fact the last thing we were told was they thought she had shingles and they were waiting on a CT scan result. My dad called them several different times, I gave one star for 2 of the nurses that were compassionate. But I’m very disappointed in the doctor for not calling dad back or for making sure it was even ok to vent her.

Took my wife in and they told us the wait time wasn't long but we sat there for over 2 hours while she was in pain.

Totally unhelpful E-room visit. Doc did nothing to help my situation. Steer clear, if possible.

For me it is a pleasure to say that I am very proud and grateful to the staff of Saint Joseph, Very Respectful Attentive and Professional,Our Baby got sick and They treated us very well starting with the houskeeping to the Doctor, They answered each of our questions and made us feel at home ... I'm sorry for the bad experience others have had. We were blessed to see this place come. Thank you Dr Blackford and Nurse Tori Thank you very much to the General staff and happy new year.

So far every time I have gone in they have been very professional and kind, I understand that when an emergency comes in that takes priority but honestly speaking I recommend this Hospital
