Great reception by Kimberly as we needed a room for the night, very easy accommodating us with a bottom floor king suite. Rooms are very clean and spacious, comfortable bed, all around nice hotel. Will stay there again for sure.

I am a super anxious person and after arriving with my nervous on HIGH I was greated by amazing staff who comforted me that I would be safe and enjoy my stay. Once entering my room I put away my belongings and noticed that the window in my room didn't lock and I was on the first floor. Instantly my anxiety went sky high. After embarrassing myself asking the front desk for something to put in my window to jam it shut the staff rallied to find me the perfect solution. A unassembled window squigy. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to the excellent staff for going above and beyond to make me feel safe. Also the room was very large, bed was comfortable, and room was very clean. Im highly impressed.

Should ZERO STAR OPTION. Do NOT stay here! This place is Deplorable with FILTHY rooms, hair in bed and shower, dirty bathroom floor, DIRTY towels and Lying MANAGEMENT. The room key wouldn't even work to get in the room. The desk clerk had to come up and almost break in the door to get us into the room. THE next morning, The Front desk Manager FRED told me that the room was NOT supposed to be rented and he offered me a discount on my next stay. I declined coming back there and he asked me what would make me happy since he couldn't give a refund (due to us paying cash). I asked for 10,000 choice reward points. He promised that he would have the Owner, Patel put the points on my account the next day. I called Fred back twice bcuz the points weren't on my account and he lied saying that it takes 72 hours to post. I finally called Choice corporate after 8 days and they reached out to the hotel. The front desk clerk Kim called Fred and he told them that he never promised me points, only a discount. I'm glad that I RECORDED him on each conversation because he's a blatant LIAR! I've never had an experience this bad with a Manager who didn't keep their word. I'm glad that Choice Corporate handled my case appropriately even though FRED and Patel are FRAUDS.

Turned on ac, came back 15 mins later a good portion of carpet is soaked. One more room left and by the way that has a big wet soaked spot in the carpet. Didnt offer any fans or to fix it. Not impressed I just drove 10 hrs to a musty smelly room with a big wet soaked carpet for the nite!
