Slow service food took along time. We had 3 fish dinners kids chicken tenders and a tenderloin. All fried food. I bit into a piece of white fish and it was brown. I didn't dare ordering something different because of the wait time. They were generous enough not to make me pay for the fish dinner that was gross. When we got the bill it felt like we were being held hostage. No one around to pay. We had high hopes and was expecting a good meal.
Place is decorated nice. Clean, inviting and comfortable. Staff was friendly and made our first visit enjoyable. The food was delicious and the beverages were good also. We had the hamburgers and fries. They were flavorful and tasted like they were cooked over open flame. We will be coming back.
So disappointed with our meal and service. We hoped to celebrate our anniversary with a good steak meal. My steak was ok but my husband's was so tough and grizzly he couldn't eat it. The waitress asked us to cut it to see if it was cooked right which it was. That was the last she came to check on things. They did give us some off our bill but still very disappointed.
The cleanliness, the ambiance, the food, the drinks.....but especially our wait person.....JulienShe made the entire experience uniquely SPECIAL....so friendly, so accomodatingnPrecious!!
Food and service were great. Prices were very reasonable.
