Terrible customer service. Some staff are nice most are rude. They never answer the phone and then when you go as a new donar they turn you away because they are under staffed. My husband went three days in a row and turned away every time because short staffed. The last time he went first thing in the morning and the girl that said no was incredibly rude, didn’t even explain the situation. I had similar experience. I went three times as a new donar got turned away for being short staffed. One time I was the only person in the lobby and the staff was in the back by the files just chit chatting.

It's not that I dislike the place it just that they need more nurses on Saturday then just two and u shouldn't have to wait a long time to be seen.

The first visit was rather lengthy but they kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Have been back a couple times very friendly staff, clean facility. Overall a great place to donate.

BEST place to donate your plasma! Very clean environment and the staff members are amazing there!!! They're all so sweet and will help you with any questions and make your experience as comfortable as possible :) If I had to pick I would say I've had the best experience with Hope, She is the best!
