Been sitting here for about hr total. Ive been sick since Tuesday, now my daughter is sick n they tell me a inhaler and cough meds.? I get this way ever year and i get sinuse infections so bad i have to go to ER i tried to catch it early n get a Z pack and doc tells me no. I wont be coming back here again slow and understaffed. Plus i know my body better than any doctor or nurse. Its not like i asked for liquid codeine. I asked for a d@!@ z pack.

I got tested for Covid here and the staff were not friendly at all. Neither on the phone or in person. Plus they only let you get tested for Covid once here. I won’t come back unless I absolutely have to.

I called multiple times the last two days to get a prescription changed and no one would call back. Finally, I got ahold of Danielle. She was so sweet and helpful! Very thankful she was able to get back with me in a timely matter!

I made an online appointment for 4:30 pm for myself and my daughter as well. I am currently sitting here and it is 5:47 pm. My daughter has been called back, seen, and checker out. I STILL have not been called back, bit SEVERAL people who walked in off the street have been seen before me.

Always have received fast and friendly service by all staffnYes at times there is a wait but it is a med check .nI realize they are doing the best they can. The staff always seems to have the best patient experience in mind.nThis is a medical facility with all sorts of situations coming through the door. And not a fast food joint . So please be patient and kind
