Pretty good lunch. We chose them for our 9th anniversary. Staff was friendly. Steak was cooked exactly as requested. Potatoes were in top 5 of all time. Salad dressing cup was not cleaned from previous use. That could be better. Overall nice experience.
Still on reduced menue, not keto friendly. Done well but limited options as to pre Covid-19.
Hit and miss on this order. Used pay ahead curbside pickup. Difficulties using the phone order. Three meals 35 dollars. Okay, got home and the order was correct. Doing good, one meal was ribblets, ribs were tasty, fries good coleslaw was flat and dry. Hard to eat. Second meal was Fiesta lime chicken. Very good but the pico de gallo was out of balance too much onion and way too hot. Third was chicken and shrimp, tasty but no mushrooms and not enough food over all, garlic potatoes were good. And as always the pictures looked better than the actual product.
Over the years we have ate at Applebees on 53rd in Anderson occasionally. Tonight was a big disappointment. I understand the limited seating and we were willing to wait the time we were told. We ended up waiting over the given time. After having to wait outside we were taken to our table. Waiters and waitresses walked by us numerous times after being seated. Once the waiter for our table acknowledged us he asked us to give him a minute and he would be right back. Instead of coming right back he brought another order out and took a refill order and walked by us and said just one more minute. At this point we had been there a total of 40 minutes. We left because we had no idea when we would get our food. Went I hop which I think is funny that so far their service is above and beyond Applebees. I would hope management does something or another restaurant might leave Anderson.
After losing my nephew and saying our finel good bye we decided we was hungry and wanted to eat at this location tthere was 1 girl that was sweet the rest of the staff was rude like we was a burden that we had 11 ppl and a baby to eat never ever again
