Great food! Heather was our server and was great! Wait time to be seated was over an hour, but that's not surprising. Call before you go, so you can get on the list.

Really disappointed with our whole experience. My friend and I went for dinner last night. Our wait was 25 minutes not bad for a Saturday. We were sat and our server (Diamond) came to get a drink order. I also ordered an alcoholic drink and we got an appetizer to start. Everything was going okay. Our server got our order and we waited. And waited. And waited. Finally about an hour into this our server comes back. She didn't put our order in and she had thrown away the order so she retook our order. I'm a server and honestly her apology was severely underwhelming considering how long we've been waiting at this point. She came back with the chili and salad we had ordered promptly and then proceeded to basically ignore us. We waited much longer than we should have for drink refills. Especially considering she had already messed up. She didn't bring out our order to us once it was finally ready and my friends steak was severely undercooked. I'm sure due to the fact she rushed the kitchen to try and fix her mistake. She ordered a medium filet and it was VERY raw. Finally she comes over to check on us but it's been forever and we just want boxes so we can leave. She finally brings drink refills and boxes. She never got a manager or tried to rectify the situation. She didn't offer to comp anything or give a dessert. I'm usually very lenient with servers since I am one, as is my friend. But this was seriously just not okay the way it played out. We tipped %10 so she could cover tip out. We had asked for to go cups for the refills that we hadn't had any time to drink... And she comes back after seeing our mobile pay and said they were out of to go cups? Not sure if that was true or not but that was really the final straw for me. Really horrible service guys.

Had a great meal, they were able to get us a table for 5 late in the evening. Our server Jennifer was terrific, she made sure we had everything we needed. She kept checking on us and never let our drinks run empty.

Yum I had shrimp n steak,alma had same, rob had ribs n steak, it was great!! Thanks alma!!!

Service was excellent,staff was polite and swift on bringing out food. Always checked to make sure we were took care of.
