The staff is very helpful and nice. The facility is always clean and tidy. It is easy to find your size. The options are great with a wide variety of brands - it is very hard to find a scrub store anymore so its nice to see them sticking around and keeping such a variety of options.
Prices are a little high and the staff does not seem friendly. I heard one of the employees talking to another customer and she was rude to her. I would shop somewhere else.
Very pleased! I had a basic white lab coat and I needed it embroidered with my schools logo. They had the rights to the logo but I live about two hours away and needed it shipped to me when done. After a road trip to Merrillville, they embroidered and shipped my lab coat to me in under 2 weeks!! Thank you so much!
