TERRIBLE customer service. Was just asking a simple question about a shoe and was like he didn’t care. No one in the store would offer help. Would not come again
Love the selection ! Hated there system was down and needed to do an exchange was told the IT department had some updates to do and no customers could exchange and we drove 55 min to that location for a certain pair of shoes! Need a better IT system ot was down for 3 days. Another customer came in and made the statement it's still down that ia not ok
