Great customer service! They treat you like family if its your first time or if you've been going for years. Making you look good is what they do!

I called ahead of time to see if they took walk-ins and would possibly hem a dress for me. The gentleman who answered said they absolutely took walk-ins and altered dresses as well. I said I’d be there in just a few minutes. I walked in, a man in a suit and a female near what seemed to be a dry cleaning area behind a desk walked around for a few minutes. Didn’t say a word to me, nor did they acknowledge my presence at all. No loss on my end. Thanks for the complete lack of service John Cicco’s.
