We all enjoyed having a birthday celebration here. It was a nice, friendly atmosphere. Our waitress was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The salmon I had was perfect. I highly recommend the sangria (triple berry) It was fantastic. Great for family get-togethers.
Food always great, servers great as well (2019)nnPlaced an order 11-16-20 and it was so terrible. Spoke to the manager Julie and she seemed as if we were bothering her by calling to inform her about the quality and appearance of the order. All she could say is well if you want to bring it back for a refund you can do that. This is terrible service and thanks for showing my guest who is here from out of town how your customer service
Always enjoy Red Lobster. The two entree combo is a good deal. I like the white fish and the coconut shrimp. The white fish is very thin, actually flounder, light and delicious.
After nearly a 45 minute wait we were seated and the waitress disappeared for over 15 minutes. We were not offered a drink or any biscuits. Another table was seated ten minutes after we arrived and drink and biscuits immediately were brought to them. Still no waitress at our table. Finally decided to go and seek a server. The food was delicious as always but the service is lacking. Disappointed considering half the tables were closed off due to Covid. Where is the coverage?
Popcorn shrimp and special baked potato was delicious! Friend said the crab was good too. The vanilla bean cheesecake is sooo good, I will be getting it for the holidays!!
