Rainbow Shops

I returned some items purchased online and purchased some additional items. I had a negative experience trying to return the same items at the location in Homewood and the lady at the store said she didn't understand why other stores didn't explain the new return policy. I received much better service at this location.

I went at 8 p.m. on a Tuesday and the posted signs said they close at 9p.m. , yet the door was locked and sales associates inside did not let us in or give any explanation. Terrible experience; store workers should not be able to decide when to open and close based on the traffic of the store. It is a shame.

It was ok not letting to many people in at one time cant try on clothes but im glad they are open i will take what i can get

I love the store cause there are so many things to check out and buy. You should shop there too everything is worth the prise.
