This is the best shoe store in the mall, the manager Sebastian let’s me and my boys have every Jordan retro in stock if we want we just have to pay him a little extra. I do sometimes feel bad for the normal customers who come in and there’s nothing good for them to buy because they’re holding all the good stuff in the back for us. But they can still buy sale and unpopular products, so they’ll be fine.

I went in to buy work shoes and was out in 15 minutes. The staff was courteous and worked quickly.

Gym shoes, sneakers, tennis shoes etc. cost too much, everywhere nowadays, Ugh! Anyway, this Finish Line in River Oaks has excellent service. These young African-American men and women are very helpful, hard working and provide excellent customer service. Just so everyone is aware I went to 3 stores and determined that I would spend my money here because I was greeted graciously when I walked in the door. As I walked around even my children were asked if they needed help. These young men and women are learning good skills now that they will be able to take with them in the future. Keep it up. Honestly, the selection and the clearance price helped tremendously, but I made up my mind because every staffer in the store that night was happy to help me, with no attitude and no reservations. I'll come back for myself and my family.
