Dr Jay Joshi is a fantastic doctor that I would recommend to anyone. I was in an awful car accident in which I was paralyzed, and have had plenty of doctors go through the motions. Dr Joshi is not like that, he stays current on my recovery and has made a nightmarish year more tolerable. Thank you to the doctor and his staff.

I have been going to this doctor for awhile now and at first I felt he was a great doctor who cares about someone's health until he got into trouble with the DEA. A former employee stole his prescription pad and was writing prescriptions. So of course he had to stop hand writing prescriptions. Yes I know this happens from time to time but when you get nurse practitioner to come in and write them for you the very next day they quit because of the way the office is being ran. I don't blame them one bit. This nonsense has been going on for awhile now and not only myself but other patients as well are going without there medications. You tell each and every one of us a completely different story and your staff is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. You prescribe medications to everyone as well as the ones that are even drug seeking. You can't just stop patients who actually need their medications cold turkey. People who have been on medications for a very long time are or will be going through withdraws because instead of saying I'm no longer prescribing anything you like and say come back this day and I'll have a nurse to write them. I have never in my life been treated so badly as I was today by staff member Gabby with her rudely unprofessional self. She hung up on me and when I called back she continue to hang up and after she got tired of me calling she finally answered and threatened to call the cops on me. On top of all this I have been going back and forth with the office and insurance company about being reimbursed for one of my appointments I paid for. Insurance company said the doctors office has to repay but then doctors office of course says something else. I faced over the necessary paperwork I needed to the insurance and had the doctor call and got no where. So not only am I not getting my proper treatment, respect or my money back. This place is a disgrace and I and my family of many will never attend this facility again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

When I first started seeing Dr. Jay Joshi I was a complete mess! Low self-esteem. Depression. Social anxiety, you name it I had it. He completely turned my life around. Feeling like my old self again. Thank you Dr. Joshi and you're wonderful staff.
