I had marked my appointment wrong and arrived to my consultation appointment 1.5 hours early! What?? Thankfully Heather was able to get me in early. She was so knowledgeable and very informative about CoolSculpting. Also, I thought I was going to have to schedule a separate consultation for a separate day regarding fat transfer. However, Jessica was able to squeeze me in between her appointments. She really took her time with me and explained the procedure thoroughly, and even went through other options with me. Jessica was also very knowledgeable and informative. I was very pleased with both Heather and Jessica. I appreciate the way they both took their time explaining everything and answering all of my questions without feeling rushed. I felt very comfortable and confident in them. I'm looking forward to getting my procedures done with them and I feel assured they will do a fantastic job.

The staff is friendly and very professional. The office is clean and modern. COVID-19 precautions were front and center! Dr. Alcadri completed my procedure with expertise & I experienced minimal discomfort. I received written & verbal follow up care and instructions. Jenn made sure I was comfortable & that required materials were available and set up for the procedure to proceed seamlessly. I definitely will return for medical care in the future.

Excellent services and care as always. I have been receiving different treatments for hair removal, improve skin dark spots and texture of it last 3 yrs with them and they are all awesome making sure you receive the best treatment that fit your needs.
