NW Indiana ER & Hospital

I went in on a Sunday evening, hardly no wait time. I was put in a room before I finished my registration paperwork. Although it's still a hospital and I was there for a few hours, the whole treatment process, including x-ray, took less time than i think i would have spent at a bigger hospital.nnAdditionally, they are technologically advanced. I was able to access my online portal to see my x-ray images before I left the hospital.nnOverall, my visit was smooth and pleasant. All of the staff were professional, friendly and caring. Even the security guard made me laugh. I highly recommend this hospital/ER for their fast, friendly service and quality of care.

It was my first time at this location. I just found out they opened three months ago so they are fairly new. I had a wonderful experiences all the staff was so kind and welcoming. From the security guard to the receptionist and the doctor. They are very organized and I felt like they communicated well with me. The facility also is very nice and comfortable. I’m thankful for our essential workers including those at this location.

Took my daughter and the staff was amazing!!! Nurse Nick made her feel comfortable by making (what I call) “Dad jokes.” Dr Matt was wonderful and explained everything to her so she understood what was going on. Awesome bedside manner. And it was FAST! We were in and out in under and hour. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Spoke with Christina to schedule testing. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was set up right away! On the date of service I was greeted by Victoria and was seen by Dr. Scott! Wonderful experience! I give all staff a 10/10 but especially Christina she put my fears at ease and was willing to answer all my concerns! Highly recommended!

Let me start first by saying finally, a medical facility that truly cares about their patients. From the welcoming receptionist, caring nurse, and the doctor on duty, all were thorough and made my experience there pleasant. The facility itself was very clean & welcoming. I would go there before going to any neighboring hospital emergency rooms.
