I would never recommend going to Franciscan Health in Hammond Er...I sat here from 7:30 pm until after 11:00 pm in the waiting area.. Everyone else being called back..No one in the waiting area but me.I.asked the reception how long will it be before I go back,she stayed she couldn't give that info out...They must have thought I was a regular patient...I only have them a number 1 because of the triage nurse..She was nice and fast..As far as getting back there in a room...I refused to go to the Er at Franciscan Health ever..
Donna is the best ever. Highly recommend her for everyone. Thank you very much Donna, YOU ARE THE BEST!
This is a great Clinic! They have helped my children and myself with minor and major medical problems for the past 5-6 years.
Seemed like the nurses were not well trained. Very rude and such a long wait it's ridiculous. I had such a bad experience there doesn't even deserve one star.
