DaVita Comprehensive Renal Care-hammond At Home

Did not have a good experience at this facility. Scheduling to come in early is a nightmare. I asked one time, TWO WEEKS BEFORE the holiday if I could have an early appointment. When I arrived for treatment a few days before said holiday, I was told that the only time available was 11:30am. I flipped out, started yelling, and all of a sudden there was a chair available at 6:30am (which means it was available the whole time). The worst part? When the technician went to tell the clinic manager that I requested to see her, the clinic manager wouldn't even come out on the floor to address the issue! Thank God I found a different facility.

Place seems dark and old
