I came to this branch because it’s the closest to me. I received so much discrimination from the teller Tina and Nia, if they gave me the correct names. I was trying to withdraw money out of my account and was told the funds was not available. I called customer service and they told me I can withdraw money from the branch because the funds are available. I came back and Nia told me that it didn’t clear on her end so I went to the ATM, and yes I got some of my funds. I than came back and I asked for my balance when I asked for my balance Tina said once she was caught in her lie. “It shows the money is in the account but we need to know where the money comes from”. If the money is available do your job and give me what I ask for that is not your job to go searching to see how I got my balance. I’m looking into a civil law suit. I was at this branch since 9am it is now 1pm.

At the drive thru the person in front of me took 20 minutes to do their banking. The lobby was open at this time. The bank employees should tell these customers to go inside when the customer has this much banking to do.

This is shame, waiting 50 m inmin and they told us they don't do cashers check's! Unbelievable how lazy people working here

Currently been in the drive thru for 30 minutes!!!! They are so slow!!! I hate going to their drive thru. Only reason I had to is because I used the ATM and took the money out the wrong account and needed to put it back. They need to do better.

Beware. 6 days ago I noticed a huge payment to my US Bank credit that was completely unauthorized! Talked to customer support on the phone and apparently if you use the weekly payment method for paying a credit card then this can happen. No apology. No rushing to get my funds back due to their error! Nothing. I've been with this bank for years and this is complete nonsense. Now I'm scraping any funds I can to get my bills paid because of this amazing app. Once I get my credit card paid off I'm definitely switching to another bank( credit and checking account).
