Absolutely horrible,I told the bank teller I needed a print out of my last bank statement,he wanted to charge me $5.00,I explained to him that I have never been charged for a bank statement per requested by a government agency,he said some banks do it as a courtesy,but yet he wasn't trying to be courteous...I'll be switching to another bank.
