visit was ok but 45 minutes late.

I was very impressed with the care and concerns about patients health and exposure to the virus. There were shields and it a lot of thought into patients coming and going to treatment rooms passed no one coming or going. I have made the facility and doctors my primary care provider. Thank you so much for making my experience safe and relaxed.

Positive experience with Chiropractic care on my neck and shoulders. I'm hopeful for future visits to be a more full back and neck and hip adjustments. To line everything up in my spine and hips, with next years monthly visits. So very Thankful for the help I have received. I especially liked the 10 minute table rollers. Really helped relax muscles.

My visit for an eye exam was seamless! The staff was friendly, easy to talk to you and were able to answer all my questions. It was also incredibly fast; roughly 30 minutes in all where as in the past my exams at my former eye doctor's office was twice as long! I loved my visit to NorthShore (Portage location) and will be going again for my next yearly check up!

Some of the front desk staff is very rude& they have know compassion for others. Not all, Sum. I’m here because I have had my Dr. 14+ years. And some of The nurses , especially Some of the NP as well. Front Desk staffs I give them a 1
