Regency Northwest Indiana - Porter

While hospitalized there I received great care from the medical staff.

I have mixed feelings about Regency. My initial reaction was that the facility itself is pretty depressing. It is dated, furniture in need of repair, scary elevator, etc. That being said many of the nurses and other staff were incredibly kind and caring. There were a couple though that only did the minimum. That is probably true everywhere unfortunately. They seem to be short staffed though in some positions such as respiratory. I think there is some room for improvement.

My time here was great. I liked the people. They are friendly. Nurses were attentive to my needs.

The staff have been kind and considerate. I could not compliment them any more. They answer the call lights quickly. It is very much appreciated. The respiratory staff came as soon as I called for them.

Everybody was very helpful and considerate. The nurses were wonderful and keep me informed of everything that was going on.
