I have waited 30 min for assistance. I’m on lunch and need two cashiers checks that need to be delivered by 2pm today. I called ahead and was told to come asap. I did and have not been given the time of day nor any common courtesy. I am so tired of thins bank and their new “branches” that don’t have counters or adequate banking staff seal the deal I’m changing to Umpqua.

Good location. Essentially it is just an automated atm that can do everything a teller can do without the downsides of a physical teller. They however only had one atm available, a line built up quickly. Gets the job done as far as I am concerned.

Very helpful with starting up your debit card.
