We recently purchased a 10K building in inner Portland to house my creative team. I cannot say enough great things about our mortgage broker, Aaron Stoffers. It was our first commercial purchase so in addition to seeking the right answers, we didn't even know the right questions to ask. And surprisingly, it was the easiest part of the building purchase.nnThe conventional loan we received from First Citizens had the lowest interest rate and best terms compared to the other 6 mortgage banking companies we shopped.nnBut it was the relationship with Aaron that was the best part of the process.
