I can't express how much I am constantly impressed with the customer service at OnPoint. Even though I moved out of state, I continue to bank with them because they treat me like a person, not a dollar sign. From excellent checking account service to credit cards to loans, I'm staying with OnPoint!!

I tired to open an checking/saving account here. I have had really good experience with credit unions in the past and was surprised that not only was I unable to open an account but how unfriendly and unwelcoming I felt during the process. I recently moved here and have an out of state id. I start a job tomorrow and wanted to get this done while I had time. After a quick chat with his manager, I was told I couldn't be helped and the employee returned to his computer screen. He ignored me while I gathered my things, and not only didn't thank me for stopping by, he didn't even acknowledge me when I walked away. I was not impressed!!!

I work downtown, so this is the branch I visit most often. The staff are always really friendly, and depending what time you go in there are 1-3 tellers available. I've never waited more than 5 minutes, and usually go in between 4-5:30pm. There is also a change machine here, which is super convenient.

I wish I had read these reviews before opening an acct with OnPoint. I’ve attempted to speak with staff via ph and email, no follow through and of course there was that racially tinged incident at the Hillsdale location take your money elsewhere. PS, I’ve closed my acct and so far convinced 2 friends to close their’s **Guideline, don’t apply for a personal loan if you’ve been at your employer for less than 2 years. Don’t ding your excellent credit score**
