For the first time ever I felt unwelcome at this bank. The Asian girl at the front was INCREDIBLY rude. I cashed my check and told her that I would be right back as I had to run over to my job and grab my other paycheck and she said is there anything else and looked at me as if I were less than gum on the bottom of her shoe. Terrible way to do business and I’ll be taking my business across the street to chase because of her rudeness.

Worst branch I’ve been to because of Celeste. Other members of team have been more than nice. Also long wait times.

I will never bank here.

I bank at several banks in the Pearl, I have to say this bank is one of my favorite stops...everyone at this branch is overly friendly and professional. Every time I walk in they great me by name. The manager was extremely helpful in assisting me with my business accounts.
