I had deposited a check over the weekend and as of today (Thursday) it still hadn't cleared and looked like there was a hold put on it. I called and spoke with Josh who was very friendly and helpful. He took my name and number and said he'd connect me with his manager to schedule a time to come in and have the hold cleared. Well, his manager, Dallas went above and beyond. He took a look at my account and did his magic and called me back in less than an hour letting me know the hold was cleared and my money had been deposited. Now, that's customer service! So kind, friendly, understanding, proactive, and diligent. Love this bank!

The managers and personal bankers are always helpful and have resolved two problems for me. The latest one was fixed via email. Tellers could use a little more sensitivity training. Thank goodness for good managers.

If corporations are granted citizen's rights, Chase Bank should have the right to be tried, convicted, and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

I had a question about where a check was deposited Josh Bruce ( the Portland Hollywood branch) was able to find it, gave me details so I could track the where the money went. This was by far a more productive conversation than my friend had tracking where she had deposited my check . She called the 1800 number I called my local bank.
