Went in on a busier day to accomplish two things 1. Remove someone off an account 2. Add another person on and get their own card. Yusif kept the line updated and everything. Great customer service but knowledgeable as well. He definitely kept our productive streak going. Thank you Yusif keep up the amazing energy! Highly recommend to my friends and family.
Called 5 times on a Tuesday and nobody would answer the phone....
With the lobby closed, the drive thru lanes are always 10 cars deep. Plan on spending 40 minutes waiting in the drive thru lanes.
Previously I had been banking in the small town I moved to in 1988, when my Son talked me into Banking where he does. I took a chance & changed over to Chase Bank & I couldn't be Happier. My tellers are so Kind & Informational, I cannot understand why I wasn't using them all along!
