Best bank I have ever had! They are proactive in helping with my money and my needs and they are always willing to help me with any problem...even when I am traveling overseas.

I went to this branch because they have drive up. It was closed. I called the bank to discuss charges issued to me that I had been previously promised, by phone, would be resolved. I was told I had to go to the branch.nIn the branch the only teller was not wearing her mask, and I had to go within six feet of her to be heard. She said I had to talk to a banker. The only banker present was not wearing a mask.nThe manager came in, not wearing a mask. He offered to help me, and I said no, since he wasn't wearing a mask. He went and got one, and claimed they only wear a mask if they will be within 6 feet of a customer.nAs if, putting on a mask makes the droplets already in the air magically disappear.nThe manager also told me he would not be able to help me, because I was sent to collection. Even though all charges occurred after I closed the account. I left.nAfter further research, the account had been cleared of all past due charges, which the manager could probably see, but lied about.

I am a longtime Key customer and the Morrison branch ALWAY has great service. Very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Tam!
