We used Valerie Anderson for a recent home purchase and she was phenomenal. The purchase had to be lined up exactly with the sale of our previous home and required a great deal of attentiveness and urgency. Valerie went above and beyond to get the loan through on time and prevent us from having to get a short term rental and move twice.
I came here for a loan on a house. Valerie Anderson is who helped me. It was my first time purchasing a home and I was completely lost. She was so kind and such a huge help. Val took care of everything and answered all my late night texts. She also had a sit down with me to help me understand all the information. If you want to buy a house and move in fast Valerie Anderson is who you need. Seriously, I would recommend her to anybody.
