Umpqua Bank

Hands down one of best Umpqua Banks in the portland metro area. It's so much more convenient now thats it's located on Hancock st. The staff is always great especially Brian and Taylor who have both been extremely helpful assisting me with business related issues and questions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Very very nice people however I opened my account online one month ago , funded it, set up direct deposit and payments for my car etc, but still have not received a debit card. Called numerous times, supposedly am having another one sent to me and that was two weeks ago and still no debit card. When I call they just keep saying it takes between 5 and 7 business days.nSorry folks your math doesn’t add up.nUpdate :nI can’t remember the woman’s name,nTara maybe, but she called me after talking to her in person and she was very helpful and resolved the issue. Very understanding and helpful.

Friendly, long-time, knowledgeable staff. They are courteous and professional. Their low turn-over has made it nice to do business over there....
