Just need something very simple and all the tellers are full of attitude. Still waiting

Tried to get help with bank account on behalf of demented person when had the POA paperworknspent most of time sitting there listening to the banker talk to legal without any pause for minutes on end without any communication with usnleft one hour later when all we needed was the knowledge that could have taken 10 minutes to figure out. Again with nothing to show for it because nothing was accomplished. Frustrating!

Service is disappointing.

I went to this branch and had an issue to resolve I was close to a cut off time and assistant manager Kelly helped me get the issue resolved and Fund got transferred by the end of the day. Best customer service received from BOFA.
