Vibra Hospital of Northwestern Indiana

My mother was a patient there for about 4 weeks. I am VERY disappointed with her care there. Her blood sugars were in the 300-400 range for the whole time she was there and not ONE doctor did anything about it. Not ONE doctor spent over a minute with her (I timed it) Her condition declined and she had to be transferred back to the hospital. I’ve left messages with Frank, my mother’s case manager. Not ONE phone call did I receive back. I got literally pushed out the door by the nurse supervisor Pam when I had permission to see my mom when her condition declined a week ago. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!

I stayed at the hospital in Crown point,one guy was very rude,after that the staff stepped up and then everything went well and I was able to get the physical and occupational therapy I needed to head home after being in the hospital with pneumonia and heart problems. This staff gave me great satisfaction in my recovery and my health. Great people,you can find a bad apple anywhere but don't take it out of the other 99% of the people.if I ever have to go to a rehab center this would be the one!

My brother was NEGLECTED by the nurses one of the nurses tryied SMOOTHERING HIM!!! and then THEY WERE HITTING HIM AnWITH TOWELS I cant believe how awful this hospital is !! I WILL BE SUEING VIBRA HOSPITAL you guys are the worst hospital I ever dealt with and I hope to GOD that you guys shut down for GOOD !!!!!

all the staff are great but when it comes to the billing depart, I rate -0 one person will tell you one thing and another tells you something else...they need training

Great care was provided during our stay. The nursing staff and respiratory team where supportive, attentive and supportive. We truly appreciated being able to visit anytime without restriction.
