We dine in often because we love the food but we definitely had the best service tonight! Our server Chrissy was very funny and attentive. We were having trouble with our rewards and she took the time to correct the issue for us. She also suggested some new sauces for us to try and a blueberry tea that my wife loved. It was nice to go to the same place we love yet feel like we had a whole new experience! We will definitely be asking for Chrissy again
Needs some improving. I was seated quickly but it took a while for the waitress to come say hi. When she did drinks came promptly but it took a while for her to come back to take the order. After we finally placed the order part of it came wrong. We ordered a wrap but it was put in (or accidentally made) as a sandwich. The waitress said she would get it corrected and discount it. When we got the wrap it was cold (it has always been a hot wrap) When we told the waitress she said its supposed to be cold. We've come to this place a few times and never had an issue before... hopefully its just an isolated incident.

Crown Point Buffalo Wild Wings is the BEST bdubs in the area. When it comes to making guests feel like family this is the place! The GM Jess is such a sweetheart and cares about guests and the well being of her staff! Food always comes out fantastic and hot! Drive the extra mile and eat here! I promise you won’t regret it!
Chrissy was a great server! She was attentive and super nice. Food and service was excellent!
