This hospital is horrible, my pregnant fiancé went in last night and they said they didn’t have any beds available which was a LIE! I don’t recommend this hospital for NO one!

This has gotta be the worst hospital stay recorded..my room had no heat for two days.....the toilet backed up....the T.V. went out...the young nurses were aloofn& uncaring no empathy . i actually got sicker .I wouldn't refer my ailing dog to this place. What happened to professionalism? No communication between staff This place sucks. !

It is clean and quiet (as a business environment). The staff is professional and courteous.

The service at this place is great, the receptionist are friendly and will help you with any problem. However some of therapist are disrespectful and really dont care about the patient recovery.For example when I sent my aunty here for therapy the original therapist took in no consideration of her past injuries and ended up forcing her to do things she said still hurts. Yes in therapy your suppose to try and push through the limit to get your full range of motion back, but forcing someone to sit down because your in a rush isn’t proper and is wrong. The regional manger overlooks what those few therapists are doing and would rather pay attention to those who are in the right. I would not recommend this facility, especially if you are not a big fan of poor professionalism. Moreover if this is your only option I would recommend asking for a therapist who doesn’t push you off on to another person because they don’t care about your recovering, unless it involves them leaving working early. There is a new OT and assistant that are outstanding and will tend to every need and are often over look. They actually got my aunty through the recovery faster. Please do not over look the therapists that are ready to tend to your every need and help you recover. Not everyone there is bad and unprofessional, which is why you need to take in special consideration when deciding who you want to help you.
