Always a GREAT selection and always a sale. They have a very helpful staff and Sigrid (spelling?) is an absolutely lovely employee.
I purchased shoes and was charged twice. Linda has done an excellent job on helping me reverse the charges.
I won’t be coming back to this place as I witnessed one of the managers be very rude to a customer on the phone while I was in the store! Being nasty in a professional setting is totally uncalled for. I’d be getting the place shut down if she ever talked to me or my family like that!
Relaxed but helpful sales staff. Wonderful leather. Fabulous finds on the markdown rack!
