We went in to the store to check it out while waiting for a table at the restaurant next door. Emmanuel greeted us right away and had us have a seat. He was very helpful, understanding, friendly, and knowledgeable. As we started the fitting process we were notified that our table was ready. Emmanuel said that we could set an appointment for an hour later. On return he finished my fitting and allowed me to try the insoles step by step. I was amazed on how they felt and improved my posture. I will say that these insoles are an investment. Like Emmanuel said they are for a lifetime. In the end we weren't prepared for the price of the whole system but, I was able to take his recommendation. I left with a set of the strengtheners! Thanks good feet store!

I bought a set of insoles from the Good Feet store in Salem approx. 5 years ago. While installing the insoles in a different pair of shoes I noticed one of the insoles was cracked. I called the store to ask about a replacement, Jessica told me to come in as soon as it was convenient and that the insoles had a lifetime warranty. It took less than 15 minutes. LISTEN to Jessica. I am 71 years old and blown away by the incredible change that is coming over me using shoe inserts.  I am building a mattress recycling plant with Cobots. This place is amazing. I went in with my friend yesterday. It's still smokey in Salem right now but the air inside was very clean and they offered us bottled water. We were the only people in the store and were helped instantly. We worked with Lucy and she was very professional and friendly. She took foot impressions and helped my friend figure out what would work best for him. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Lucy was able to explain every step and give real examples throughout the process. She informed us on the importance of foot alignment and arch support because if things are off in your feet, you're going to experience trouble in your back, hips, shoulders, and knees.
