Shoes shoes shoes! We had a great time and ended up with two pair thanks to the clearance Bogo deal. Our cashier was very pleasant and really kept the attention of my 4 year old daughter. Many people dismiss kids at check out which ends in more stress for us parents. I truly appreciate a bit of social distraction for my daughter when it comes to shopping. Not sure if this is a training technique or just an awesome person you all got lucky with.
The staff was just wonderful and helpful to assist when needed.
Sometimes you get service sometimes you are on your own. Asked for help 2 times and didn't receive any. But clerk asked every other person around me if they needed anything. Huh?
This is a very freindly store with good prices. The employees are willing to go the extra mile to find you the shoes that work for you, and they do it with a smile! I would definitely recommend Famous Footwear the next time you need shoes. They also have good coupons if you sign up with the rewards card, and don't forget to check their website for coupons before you check out. :)
Didnt have the exact shoes I wanted. The girl offered to special order them for me. She was so nice and thoughtful. I ended up getting a different pair of shoes but the staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back!
