Amazing customer service. I had my old made by a different company for over 5 years. When my old boot was on its last leg they fixed it when everyone else said it was unfixable and now I am in a new boot made by them and I couldn't be happier. Highly Recommend

Waited for 20 min before any came in. I have things I need to get done in my life besides wait in a room. No one else was here that needed help, if the time frame is not good with you then dont have people come in at that time.

I had extensive left foot surgery due to a bad bunion I failed to treat for many years. Finally, I had my left foot essentially rebuilt by a great foot surgeon. But, I was left with a whole new foot that I was having a hard time finding shoes for or inserts for my shoes that were comfortable. Shannon and Shawn made me a set of orthotics for my shoes. They are perfect! I am even running again. They have given me my foot back and frankly, my life. They did a great job!
