Been banking with them for 5-ish years ....and there is a lot that has happened. And with a lack of 24 hour customer service it is a nightmare trying to do anything at work.
Did not help local businesses with following through on ppp loan obligations.
Natalie at the Wolcotville branch is awesome! She constantly provides amazing service! I just received the receipt for our overnight deposit and she included additional deposit slips! She also stamps the slip so I know exactly who handled the deposit in case I have a question. It is these things that make my life as Office Manager easier. Thank you Natalie for your superb service to Freedom Heating & Plumbing!!!
I love this place! Always friendly and when I run into issues or have questions they give me straight forward answers! They are truly there for their customers.
Your change machine was out of order so I asked one of the tellers if there was any other way to cash in 5 dollars in change or if they could just count it by hand and she got very rude. She stated they don't do that so my question is what are you they for it's your job to handle money no matter what form it is.
