Kosciusko Community Hospital

My experience was good. I had blood cots in my lungs and was really nervous about it. The doctors and staff made me feel like they cared about me. The second morning I was feeling down and my nurse that morning was like a gift from God. Her name is Stephanie. She looked at my charts and started explaining things to me in a way that I understood it. She had me laughing and talking in no time. It was as if she could sense I was down and needed a lift. I will never forget what she did for me . Having said that all the nurses were great but she stood out

Had absolutely great time while being admitted. All staff took the time to answer everything I had any questions on. Was defiently a good experience.. Want to take the time out to Thank Noreen in house keeping for the absolute best cleaning of my room that she dis. NOREEN went above and beyond for what she did. Over all it was a great stay

A little story for a local hospital. I had a recent stay at Kosciusko Community Hospital. During the stay I was having trouble reaching family while in the hospital so that stay was, to say the least, lonely and scary. A tall young man politely knocked and asked to enter the room to work on a computer in the room. He must have noticed I was having trouble with my cell phone while talking to my out of state son and kindly offered his assistance upon finishing his work. He helped me finish my phone call with family, who I hadn't heard from in years, and my anxiety started to fade. I had a nice relaxing 5 minute conversation with him (name omitted). I could tell he was a busy man but the simple fact that he was willing to take 5 mins to sit and talk to an anxiety riddled senior citizen just made my day and gave the start to my stay at the hospital the comfort I needed. If the hospital computer man can care enough for someone can you imagine the rest of the nurses and doctors? You guessed it! My stay was comfortable and my nurses were just wonderful.nnA small side note: The computer man even stopped by, the day I was released for home, to wish this old gal a safe trip home. Dare I say he reminded me of a boyfriend from a lifetime ago :)nnThank you to all the staff at Kosciusko Community Hospital

I had to be administered an IV antibiotic for 6 weeks at the Wound Clinic which required me to go to the hospital everyday. The staff at the Wound Clinic made sure that I was treated quickly and efficiently during every visit. They understood the inconvenience it places on the patient. The Receptionist would ensure she scheduled all provider visits to coincide with the IV. This made the visits short and very effective for me. During the 6 weeks they made me feel welcome and were all very friendly each time. Thank you to all of the staff at the Wound Clinic. It made the process fun and I actually looked forward to seeing the staff each visit. Awesome job and support.

My wife had a pretty urgent c-section. Our midwife Corrine Stokes and Dr. Gonzalez took wonderful care of her. Our baby girl is well thanks to them. Also, the nurses in Birthplace were kind, compassionate, attentive and knowledgeable. They made sure my wife’s pain was controlled and that we were ready to take our baby home. I was also appreciative that I was allowed to have a guest tray as it allowed me to stay in the room and bond with our daughter ♥ufe0f. Again, a big thanks to Corrine, Dr. Gonzalez and the nurses who took care of us (Dawn, Linda, Kelsey, Tarah, Jodi, Molly, and Ginger)! You all were exceptional!
