Parkview Warsaw

This hospital is awful. I had a appointment to get a MRI done at 9am. Got here 840. One person ahead of me it's now 930. I just left. Didn't even get checked in. Even checked in on MyChart. It told me to wait on front desk. 50 minutes to wait, guess they lost money on this one.nnI did reach out to a patient advocate. Left a message. What good does it do. MRI is a great thing, got approved through insurance and then don't get done to a lack of customer service.

I’ve never left a review, but I want to thank the screener, with blonde and what looked like curly hair pulled up, for being a kind person. She saw a older couple struggling to get outside, and she asked if she could get him a wheel chair and help them outside while the wife pulled around the car. Not only did she just help them outside but I saw her helping the old man up and into the car so the lady didn’t have to get out. They’re still kind people in this world, and she just brighten up my day doing so. Way to go parkview!

I went in today to see Dr Pitts. Least to say it was a unpleasant experience. I seen this man 2 times before today. The last time I saw him, he made a mistake on my scripts. Sent them off as a mail order. Which ended upping my costs. I tried several times to get this corrected. Which never did happen. Seeing him today, the first thing out of his mouth. Was “ I have seen you enough and I will do your physical, and I think it’s best you find another doctor. Fine no problem I said. Ok, for one I didn’t make the mistake, he did. So how can I trust this man not to make a more serious mistake with my health in the future? Let alone to be confronted the way I was after only seeing this man twice before. If this is the type of staff they choose. It sure tells me a lot about this hospital. It doesn’t even deserve the star I gave it.

The Drs. and staff are always so kind and give excellent care. I have never had a problem with them.

Visited today and everyone that helped me was professional, kind, and caring.
