Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. The few times I have been in the staff has been amazing and answered my questions in a friendly and positive way. They even said I could bring my harness trained cat in, which I think is awesome. I love the cat toy selection and my cats love the catnip stuff toys they offer.
Everything is amazing here! Great prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, plus if you're testing out new food for your animal they let exchange it for something different if the animal doesn't like to eat it. This is the ONLY place I shop for my animals now.
The staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. I appreciate that so much that I shop here for my pets even though it's out of my way. Also, everything I have purchased here has been of high quality.
This place is great! They have everything! The staff is awesome and well informed. You can bring in your pet too! They give birthday treats! So glad they are here and so close!
What a fantastic place! Lovely staff and everyone wore masks. I'll be back for my dog..they have a big open weight scale! My kitty loved everything especially her MudBay paper bag lol
