staff needs to be trained a little better in my opinion, their customer service skills are minimum. Have to wait forever just to get crickets or help. Do occasionally get a good customer service rep inside. There are always many dead fish when I go, I asked them when they receive their pet order and they generally tell me it's been a few days which is disappointing that I can count over 50 fish when I'm there that are dead

Handy new location beside best buy. Staff enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Willing to put in the time and effort, so you can make an informed decision.nThey added a new cast of characters to their new digs. Some premium reptiles and fish.nThe new location also offers a much easier in-and-out experience and places you closer to the more popular retailers.nParking is plentiful with handicapped parking available.nThe aquatic displays are fabulous and the over all layout is ideal.nShould get a lot more traffic at the locale.

Again big disappointment in bird products, store was a mess, shelves empty.
