I opened an acct here because it's the only bank in Greentown. The people workking are RUDE with a smile on their face every time I go inside. they are never busy, but sure let me know what a HUGE inconvenience my being there is to them. I don't have loads of money in my account, so I'm no threat when I say I'm closing my acct, but I hear the same comments from individuals as well as business owners here in Greentown. Someone with the power to do so should Fix this. Customer service at McDonald's is more accommodating and polite, and most of them are teenagers.... ud83eudd14
I try not to go to Greentown branch. This is where we opened our acct. but if I go in there without my husband, they do not know me. My name is spellednLu Ann and for some reason they can't recognize a space in my name. After 11 yrs I get somewhat frustrated. I have started going into Kokomo to do my banking. My rating at 2 different FFBT in Kokomo would be 5 stars.
The bank that I use, fast service but I have felt that one of them there is normally rude so I normally try to go to the downtown Kokomo one, but the rest of the employees are nice here.
